Salesforce Health Cloud Specialist
Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Health Cloud, providing functional and technical support. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce capabilities to improve healthcare operations and outcomes.
Detailed Responsibilities:
* Translate business needs into user stories, system requirements, and functional specifications.
* Configure Salesforce Health Cloud components including Care Plans, Patient Timelines, Provider Networks, and custom workflows.
* Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to design, test, and implement solutions.
Key Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
* 1+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
* Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and patient engagement processes.
Additional Requirements:
* Ability to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on user experience.
* 3-5 years of SQL experience for extracting, transforming, and analyzing patient and operational data.
As a specialist in this area, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support clinical and business decision-making. Additionally, you will ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. Providing training and documentation for end users and stakeholders is also a key aspect of this role.
About This Role
This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including patient advocates, digital health product managers, and patient services managers. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, and Excel/Google Sheets for ad hoc analyses and quick-turn reporting is required.
