BA Global Talent is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented React Developer with strong Vite experience to join our client's project. Our client builds mobile, web, API, and AI serverless solutions for small businesses and startups, and they are looking for a skilled developer to support their projects.

Responsibilities:
* Contribute front-end React (TypeScript, HTML, SCSS) code.
* Review code for other developers and provide constructive feedback.
* Estimate tasks and project timelines.
* Suggest improvements to existing UI.
* Debug code and deployment issues.
* Potentially collaborate with designers to build out new designs.
* Utilize AI tools for development.
* Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
* Work collaboratively within a team environment.
Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience in React development
* Prior experience with Vite, TanStack, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* .NET experience is a plus.
* Strong experience with TypeScript, SCSS/CSS, and modern React patterns.
* Candidates must be in Latin America
* Portfolio and coding test will be valued more than formal education or certifications.
Time Zone: This role requires availability to work within U.S. time zones (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific)
Project-based: duration: 6–9 months.
Schedule: 20–30 hours per week, with potential to increase to 40 hours per week
