About The RoleThe Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving service project strategies, ensuring successful relationships with the clients they lead, and supporting PMs in achieving their project goals by providing guidance for better project execution. This role involves overseeing complex project execution, establishing strategic direction, and serving as the primary liaison between the Professional Services team and its most critical clients.
