What You'll Do
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical tasks
* Analyze data related to incentive programs using SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI
* Validate data pipelines built by data engineering to ensure accurate data flow
* Research market trends and help identify opportunities for advanced analytics projects
* Estimate the financial impact of incentive programs using historical data
Requirements
* Experience: 3-5 years of experience
Skills
* Proficiency in English
* Bachelor's degree
* SQL - Advanced
* Power BI - Entry Level
* Python - Intermediate
* Excel - Intermediate
