Creative Strategist Job Description
Our fast-growing consumer brand group sells across e-commerce, TikTok Shop, and Amazon.
The Creative Strategist will oversee both strategy and operations: building and briefing angles, scripting iterations, managing sprints, reviewing edits, and ensuring we deliver 100–200 ads per week.
This role requires a hands-on approach with pod-level ownership (no formal people management).
* 60% Strategy/Briefing:
o Develop a creative strategy by offer, funnel, and awareness stage; publish weekly test plans.
o Generate new DR angles from learnings, competitor insights, and cultural trends.
* 40% Creative Ops/QA/Delivery:
o Owning weekly sprints: intake → brief → production → QA → launch → iteration.
o Plan and deliver 100–200 ads weekly (mix of new and iterations).
o Traffic assets correctly: naming, specs (9:16 / 4:5 / 1:1), captions, UTMs.
