Job Overview
Serve as a liaison between the client and vendor development and operational teams, proactively identifying emerging issues, sharing best practices, and driving the global program forward.
Responsibilities
Serve as liaison between client and vendor development and operational teams.
Proactively update and flag emerging issues to the client and offer mitigating actions, while sharing best practices.
Optimize program operations with a focus on process management and key strategic initiatives each quarter.
Ensure agreed deliverables are met on time and at the required quality.
Coach and develop the team lead group to provide consistent messaging, performance management, and task prioritization.
Maintain a narrow performance corridor across markets within the same program, ensuring consistency.
Ensure the quality assurance team meets contracted audit numbers and that processes align with client expectations.
Identify bottlenecks and challenges with quantified impact and propose prioritization.
Outline current performance drivers and actions for improvement.
Liaise with the client Program Manager to ensure vendor personnel meet recommended requirements.
Manage scheduling and chair all account review meetings, reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly operations and performance.
Be available during all operations hours to receive client communications.
Confirm receipt of such communications as soon as reasonably practicable, but within eight hours of the issue.
Promptly take and implement all reasonably necessary actions to address the issues communicated by the client.
Qualifications
Diverse experience in scalable operations and sales environments, ideally managing internal and external (3rd‑party vendor) stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills across functions and regions, with an ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, international environment.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to articulate performance trends and underlying drivers.
Strong critical and analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, even under high pressure.
Solid level of seniority and maturity, aligning operational efforts with strategic business goals.
Comfortable working across global portfolios with cross‑functional teams.
4–6 years of experience as a Program/Project Manager or Business Consultant.
Fluency and excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
Overall experience of 8–10 years in relevant roles.
