The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, quick problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of customer needs. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing prompt and effective assistance to customers via chat and tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries based on knowledge base and training materials
* Maintain KPI levels according to department standards
* Stay updated on company policies, announcements, and updates to ensure effective communication with customers
* Adhere to assigned working hours and demonstrate punctuality in scheduled shifts
* Identify and report system errors or service disruptions to the team lead or senior agents
Requirements:
* Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese languages
* Excellent customer service skills, including empathy, accuracy, compassion, responsiveness, resourcefulness, and conscientiousness
* Ability to work a schedule from Monday to Friday (3 PM to 11 PM GMT+3), with Saturday and Sunday as days off
