Technical Expertise
1. Develop software programs by technical specifications, performing unit tests, and responding to problems by diagnosing and correcting logic and coding errors.
2. Ensure secure coding and UI standards and best practices are applied during development.
3. Lead efforts to configure, analyze, design, develop, and maintain program code and applications.
4. Execute detailed and complex unit tests and secure code testing and troubleshooting.
5. Conduct and support source code management.
6. Contribute to integration, systems, and performance testing and code tuning.
7. Participate in secure code peer reviews.
Requirements
* Degrees in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field are preferred.
* Fluency in English to conduct technical meetings with offshore teams, support teams, and customers is required.
* Experience with data architecture, writing SQL queries, and data modeling is essential.
* Proficient in migrating data from traditional applications to Salesforce using the Import Wizard and Data Loader utility.
* Experienced in handling multi-country deployments and managing multiple instances of Salesforce.com.
* Solution Modeling - Creates, designs, and formulates models, diagrams, and documentation using IT processes, standards, tools, version control, and build and test automation.
* Data Modeling - Creates, writes, and tests data models, test scripts, and build scripts using IT processes, patterns, and tools, version control, and automation.
* Performance Tuning - Conceptualizes, analyzes, and resolves application, database, and hardware issues using IT processes, standards, and tools, version control, and build and test automation.
* Solution Validation Testing - Validates a configuration item or solution change using the IT Operating Model (ITOM), including SDLC standards, tools, and metrics.
* Customer Focus - Building strong customer relationships and providing customer-centric solutions.
