Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Wind Project Manager to lead the delivery of wind turbine projects in Brazil.
* As a Wind Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project teams to safely deliver, install, and commission wind turbines on schedule and within established timelines.
* Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, escalating project issues, and ensuring coherence of project reporting to senior leadership.
* The successful candidate will contribute to building a safety culture within the project team and support delivery according to business commitments.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in engineering or project management is essential.
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager on major infrastructure projects, leading teams of Project Managers.
* Preferably with prior experience as a Project Director managing large infrastructure projects, particularly in the wind industry.
* Proven knowledge of people and project management methods and techniques, including commercial management skills.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to challenge and drive success.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant degree in engineering or project management.
* At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in major infrastructure projects.
* Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills.
* Experience in the wind industry is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of people and project management methodologies.
