Scrum Master - Salesforce Commerce Cloud
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead our Agile delivery for Salesforce Commerce Cloud teams. This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality, predictable delivery across SFCC implementation and ongoing support initiatives.

* 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery
* 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or comparable enterprise eCommerce platforms
* Proven ability to improve velocity predictability, reduce defect leakage, and manage dependencies
* Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or pragmatic multi-team coordination)

1. Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives
2. Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and define sprint goals
3. Track sprint health (capacity, velocity, burndown/burnup) and manage scope
4. Identify and remove impediments (dependencies, environments, test data, approvals)
5. Coordinate cross-team dependencies (SFCC, integrations, OMS, payments, SEO/content, analytics)
