This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, navigates sophisticated stakeholder ecosystems, and drives design across overlapping product areas.What You’ll Be DoingLead end-to-end product design (problem framing → user flows → interaction patterns → UI → validation)Translate ambiguous or messy requirements into clear UX direction and prioritized scopeFacilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and decision-makingPartner closely with Product and Engineering to plan increments and define trade-offsProduce high-quality Figma deliverables (journeys, IA, wireframes, prototypes, specifications)Coach and support mid-level designers when neededMust-Have RequirementsExpert-level Figma execution (this is non-negotiable)Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skillsExperience working in large, complex, and robust enterprise environmentsBackground in regulated, technical, or high-compliance industriesAbility to operate across UX and visual designWorking knowledge of research methodologiesNice-to-HaveExperience in Healthcare or Financial ServicesAnalytics backgroundExperience with workshop tools (Miro, FigJam)Service blueprinting experience
