 Work model: On-site 100% Travel: Must be available for national and international travel (events, shoots, partner visits) About the role We’re hiring a Brand Copywriter & Social Content Specialist to shape the voice of a premium, design-led brand across every key touchpoint. This role goes beyond writing: you will also be responsible for capturing and editing photos and videos in studio and on location—especially during events, installations, launches, and partner visits. You will own content end-to-end: concept → capture → edit → publish → optimize, ensuring consistent tone, strong storytelling, and measurable commercial impact. What you’ll do Brand voice & messaging Maintain a consistent tone of voice across channels while adapting style by audience and format Translate product value into clear, premium narratives (benefits-first, not overly technical) Create and maintain messaging frameworks (pillars, key claims, proof points, CTAs) Content capture (photo + video) & production support Capture product and lifestyle content in studio and on location (events, partner visits, showrooms, installations) Record short-form video content for social (Reels/Shorts/Stories), behind-the-scenes, testimonials, and quick explainers Ensure content quality standards: framing, lighting awareness, clean audio when needed, and brand-consistent styling Organize files and maintain a reliable workflow (naming, backups, folders, version control) Editing & post-production Edit photos and videos for multiple formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) with fast turnaround when required Deliver clean, premium outputs: basic color correction, trimming, pacing, captions/subtitles, and simple sound cleanup Collaborate with design/video resources when projects require heavier post-production Social content & editorial planning Build content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments Write social copy and scripts connected to the content you capture (captions, carousels, hooks, storylines) Coordinate with stakeholders to collect approvals and publish consistently Copywriting (360°) Write and optimize: paid ads, landing pages, website pages, email sequences, and short-form video scripts Develop longer-form materials: catalogs, brochures, presentations, and brand documents Build creative briefs that align copy + visuals to a single campaign idea Conversion & optimization Apply frameworks (AIDA, PAS, 4Cs) to improve CTR, CVR, lead quality, and ROAS Run A/B tests (hooks, headlines, angles, CTAs) and iterate based on results Track KPIs and produce concise performance insights and next-step recommendations Benchmarking & trend awareness Monitor premium/luxury, design, and consumer-brand trends Bring references, formats, and ideas that keep the brand current and differentiated Must-have qualifications Excellent writing and grammar in Portuguese and strong English (you will write in both) Experience in copywriting + social content for premium, design, architecture, tech, or high-ticket consumer brands Portfolio showing conversion-focused writing (ads, landing pages, emails) and brand materials (website pages, catalogs/brochures), and photo/video capture examples and basic editing work for social Hands-on ability to capture content with strong attention to visual quality (composition, lighting basics, clean audio when needed) Comfortable with performance metrics and marketing fundamentals (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR) High organization standards (deadlines, asset management, version control) On-site availability in Indaiatuba and willingness to travel nationally/internationally Tools you should know Marketing & analytics Meta Ads Manager / Business Suite; Google Ads; LinkedIn Campaign Manager GA4 + reporting (Looker Studio or basic Power BI) Email/CRM platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, RD Station, or similar) Content creation Photo/video capture on smartphone and/or camera Editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, and photo tools like Lightroom/Photoshop (or equivalents) Writing and ideation tools (Grammarly/LanguageTool, AI tools for drafting) Preferred qualifications SEO (keyword research + on-page optimization) Experience improving ROAS through creative testing and iteration Marketing automation (nurturing flows, segmentation, lead scoring basics) Basic design literacy (Canva/Figma) to collaborate faster with creatives Experience covering events: quick capture + same/next-day edits for social Ability to work with simple gear (gimbal, lav mic) and basic lighting kits
