What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
* Design, develop, and execute client onboarding and implementation projects
* Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure project success
* Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with customer accounts
* Provide training and a white glove experience to customers during onboarding
* Evaluate and recommend improvements to the product offering and onboarding process
What is Required (Qualifications):
* Bachelor’s degree or three to five years of related experience
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Experience in customer service, operations, logistics, or project management
* Ability to solve problems effectively and demonstrate situational leadership
* General awareness of business, financials, products/services, and the market
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
* Bilingual in Spanish
* Knowledge of onboarding, implementation, account, or project management
* Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities
* Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to work
* Experience in a customer‑focused environment
