Brazil Business Growth Manager
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced professional to lead the expansion of our business in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop strategic plans for the Brazilian market, implementing sales targets with full accountability.
2. Analyze competitors, consumer trends, and channels, adapting product strategies accordingly.
3. Establish and manage distributor networks, expanding channels including department stores, beauty chains, and medical aesthetics institutions.
4. Lead e-commerce operations and account management, designing promotions to boost sell-through rates.
5. Develop training programs and monitor inventory/pricing to prevent cross-region sales.
6. Collaborate with Marketing on localized campaigns and resolve major channel conflicts.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years in sales/channel management (consumer electronics), with 3+ years focused on the Brazilian market.
2. Expertise in distributor management and channel expansion, with offline retail experience preferred.
3. Proven ability in account negotiation and leadership.
4. Knowledge of certifications (e.g., ANVISA, INMETRO).
5. Fluency in Portuguese and Mandarin.
