Agile Coach Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team and drive continuous improvement in our software development processes.
* About the Role:

* As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for our customer data ecosystem teams.
* You will also remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
* Analyze team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the adoption of Agile best practices.
* Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
* Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all sprints consider data privacy and regulatory requirements.
* Responsibilities:
* Facilitate integration of compliance requirements into agile development process.
* Lead efforts to align Scrum practices with organization's digital marketing strategy and goals.
* Provide guidance on managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-team collaboration.
* Stay current with industry trends in Agile methodologies, applying relevant advancements to improve team performance.
* Evaluate team's work alignment with business objectives, delivering value to the organization.
* Develop training programs for team members and other Agile Coaches within the organization.
* Resolve conflicts and challenges within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
* Drive Change Management through coaching the team and support them on the Transformation journey by establishing clear processes and challenging them on shifting mindset.

Requirements:
* Scrum Master Certification: Possess a Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience.
* Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Team Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and driving results.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward.
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Azure DevOps tools and technologies.
