Technical Account Manager Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to oversee all technical aspects of our customer relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding and exceptional customer satisfaction.


About the Job

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge and be able to communicate complex ideas effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and deliver tailored solutions to customers. If you have experience in managing technical customer relationships and driving revenue growth through exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide top-quality technical support before, during, and after onboarding new or existing customers.
* Develop strong product and technical knowledge to ensure high-quality services are delivered to customers.
* Help maximize company revenue by identifying opportunities and developing customized solutions for customers.
* Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
* Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to customize products for specific customers.
* Manage customer expectations and lead them to satisfaction.
* Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships as the owner of the technical relationship with customers.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
* +7 years of experience in similar positions.
* Experience working with APIs and ability to explain them to third parties.
* Fluent written and spoken English.
* Knowledge of SQL required.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional organizational skills.
