We are seeking a DevOps/Technical Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical expertise and coordination with engineering teams and clients in support of our internationalized e-commerce platform.
The environment consists of a distributed microservices architecture deployed on on-premises Kubernetes clusters and virtual machines, requiring deep troubleshooting, deployment operations, and strong collaboration with stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
* Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes microservice deployments using Helm charts.
* Diagnose and resolve failures in automated deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the translation and adaptation of our distributed microservices e-commerce platform.
* Troubleshoot client ecosystem tools based on Jenkins self-service pipelines.
* Support backend technologies such as PostgreSQL and Kafka, handling configuration, connectivity, and integration issues.
* Retrieve and analyze logs from Kubernetes pods and on-prem VMs using Grafana, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), and Jenkins logs.
* Participate in English-speaking client meetings to gather requirements, clarify needs, and provide updates.
* Manage work using a Kanban workflow.
* Contribute to improvements in deployment processes, documentation, monitoring, and troubleshooting procedures.
