Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow IT Specialist with extensive experience in ITSM and platform administration to support our ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate will possess profound expertise in ITSM processes, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related modules. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders. They should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain ITSM workflows and modules.
* Perform platform administration tasks including user management, roles, and permissions.
* Assist in integrations and customizations as needed.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
* Participate in testing and deployment activities.
* Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
* Maintain documentation for development and configuration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience with ITSM focus.
* Experience with platform administration and configuration.
* Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Experience with AI, Virtual Agent, Robot Process Automation (RPA).
Desired Certifications:
* Certified System Administrator (CSA)
* Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred)
