Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Director to join our team. As a Senior Key Account Director, you will be responsible for building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with strategic customers.
About the Role
* Buid and sustain long-lasting relationships with strategic customers acting as primary point of contact.
* Experience in generating new sales opportunities and develop plan to advance until deal closure.
* Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth manage risks and ensure client satisfaction.
* Identify new business opportunities within accounts collaborating with sales and product teams.
* Supervise delivery and integration of complex technological solutions ensuring projects meet scope timeline and quality objectives.
* Provide expert technical guidance on products ensuring solutions are tailored to clients business and technical needs.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product development with client feedback and market trends.
* Stay informed on industry trends emerging technologies and competitor activity to provide proactive advice to clients and inform business strategy.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering Computer Science Business and/or Business Development Related.
* Relevant experience in key account management or technical leadership in technology-driven environment.
* Track record managing major enterprise accounts delivering technical and tactical solutions.
* Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
* Experience with cross-functional team leadership.
* Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
* Strong Leadership Project Management Oriented and Technical Background in Telecon and Finance Industries are a differential.
* Fluent in English and Spanish
