* Translate development needs into compelling learning experiences
* Design and develop engaging multimedia-rich content using Articulate
* Curate and maintain a dynamic training catalog in our LMS system
* Rapidly produce high-quality, iterative content elevated by feedback and data
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience driving L&D initiatives in a high-growth startup or late-stage tech environment
* Proven ability to analyse training metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations
* Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated skill in translating business objectives into innovative learning solutions
