Job Description:
As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Open Banking SaaS solution. This involves managing the solution's performance, providing Open Banking SME knowledge to the support team, and participating in application support and issue resolution. You will also collaborate with development and AWS SMEs to ensure smooth platform operation.
Mandatory Skills:
You must have 7+ years of experience in supporting production environments for financial services institutions and 2+ years of experience in supporting AWS cloud environments. Additionally, you should have working experience in FDX/REST APIs, data sharing and consent workflows, and previous experience leading a support team. Experience in successfully running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications is also required. ITIL processes, mainly change, release and incident management, are essential skills for this role. Finally, you should have experience dealing with customer senior management.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Having Open Banking experience and French language B2 or above would be beneficial for this position.
