The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth across Brazil. You will serve as the strategic first point of contact for potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations and generating new business opportunities to fuel our sales pipeline.
What you'll do:
* Engage with prospects across Brazil, specifically targeting schools, universities, companies, and strategic partners
* Generate and qualify B2B commercial opportunities.
* Contact leads via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other outreach tools.
* Investigate accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach.
* Work with CRMs and sales automation tools.
* Work closely with the sales team to feed the pipeline.
Must have:
* Experience in sales, lead generation, or B2B business development.
* Fluent English
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* A proactive profile with a commercial mindset and a focus on results.
* Previous experience with CRMs (Apollo, HubSpot, fullEnrich, etc.) is a plus.
