Minimum 4–7 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or financial operations. Previous experience coordinating activities or mentoring juniors in multinational or regional finance environments is highly valued. Advanced English required / Spanish preferred. Advanced Excel and Financial Reporting Skills. Experience with ERP systems and financial data analysis. Understanding of credit risk evaluation and receivables management. Structured and detail-oriented mindset. High level of integrity and accountability.Responsibilities: Execute credit control activities across the Latin America region. Monitor accounts receivable performance including aging structure, overdue balances, and DSO evolution. Ensure consistent application of group credit policies and internal financial procedures across all countries in Latin America region. Assess customer credit worthiness and support approval recommendations for credit limits. Monitor exposure levels within the debtor portfolio and identify high-risk accounts. Support proper escalation and mitigation actions for customers with deteriorating payment behavior. Monitor collection performance indicators and ensure timely follow-up of overdue invoices. Assist in resolution of complex collection cases, disputes, or escalated customer issues. Ensure that collection activities contribute to maintaining healthy regional cash flow. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve disputes and payment delays. Provide input to commercial teams regarding credit exposure and payment behavior of customers. Support alignment between commercial growth and financial risk management. Ensure compliance with internal controls, group policies, and local financial regulations. Contributes to the development and standardization of credit control processes across LATAM (addressing documentation gaps). Identify opportunities to improve systems, reporting, and collection strategies. Monitor periodic reports on accounts receivable performance, risk exposure, and collection trends.
