Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Marketing Coordinator to support the smooth execution of client work by managing internal communication and task coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, excellent time management, and communication skills. They should be proactive, friendly, respectful, and good at working within a team.

Main Objectives:

* Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with our turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
* Task trackers and teamwork spaces should be accurate and updated daily.
* Projects should follow naming conventions, and provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.

Additional Skills:

* Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, juggle multiple projects, and keep everything on track without letting anything fall through the cracks.
* Process-Oriented Thinking: Skilled at building and improving internal workflows to help the team work more efficiently and deliver consistently.
* Communication (Internal): Clear and concise communicator who can translate plans into briefs, give actionable feedback, and keep teams aligned.
* Problem-Solving: Able to troubleshoot delays, resource gaps, or unclear inputs to keep projects moving forward.
* Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using project management tools and shared docs to track and communicate work.

Reporting Relationship:

* This role reports to the Senior Account Manager.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* On-time Task Completion Rate: 95%+ of assigned tasks are completed on or before the deadline.
* Internal Team Satisfaction Score: 8/10 or higher average rating from creatives and other collaborators in quarterly feedback.
* Error-Free Deliverables: 95%+ of deliverables require no major revisions due to missed details or incorrect implementation.
