What you’ll do:
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.
* Manage candidate progression in global systems (Workday or other ATS), from kickoff through to hire.
* Communicate regularly with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Europe.
* Monitor timelines and time zone differences, anticipating risks and minimizing scheduling errors.
* Contribute to improving the experience of candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams by ensuring smooth, professional processes.
* Support documentation and process tracking, ensuring compliance with standards and consistency in operations.
You’ll bring:
* Experience in coordination, executive assistance, HR support, or customer service/call center roles, with strong attention to detail.
* Familiarity with global talent systems (ATS, Workday, CRM) or ability to learn quickly.
* Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English;
Spanish
* Abilityto thrive in dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
