Your opportunity As a Finance Business Controller, you will play a pivotal role in supporting growth of the Webnode businesses, whilst ensuring adherence to your fiduciary duties as a member of our finance team. You will enjoy building and developing relationships with non-finance stakeholders and driving commercial decision making. Responsibilities: - Reviewing revenue performance and tracking of initiatives through close monitoring of subscription based KPIs (Gross Adds, Churn, ARPU) - Business partner with a wide range of stakeholders (commercial/sales/operational), providing visibility and understanding of financial results as well as providing recommendations for cost optimization - Production of the Monthly Business Review deck and presentation of financial results to the executive leadership team - Ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process for Webnode (KPIs, Revenue, EBITDA and Cashflow) - Provide transparency of business risks and working with senior management to identify and implement mitigation plans, putting monitoring tools in place - Business case preparation of growth initiatives and tracking of performance - Driving cost awareness and control, identification and tracking of cost synergies as a result of CZ entities joining the team.blue Group - Collaborate with the broader finance team to guide the evolution of our budgeting/forecasting tools Skills and experience - Experience with Oracle Netsuite is a big plus - Accounting or finance qualification with 5 years' experience in business controlling, FP&A, or a similar role - Bachelors degree (ideally finance, business or accounting) - Financial modelling and analytical skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Self-motivated and ambitious - Ability to foster positive relationships in an international setting - Knowledge of subscription-based economics and experience in the IT sector are highly desirable Personal attributes and key competencies Interested?
