Job Summary
* This is a Sales Manager - Nutraceutical Ingredients (LATAM) opportunity where you will be responsible for managing key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
About the Role
* You will develop country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business.
* Presents nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitors market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect share.
* Meets and exceeds quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Represents the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provides technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
* Maintains up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA).
