Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients.
This individual will be responsible for delivering top-notch support via email and remote tools, ensuring seamless operation of their IT environments.
* Provide initial and follow-up support through various communication channels.
* Analyze and resolve complex issues involving multiple applications, including Office 365, Salesforce, and Slack.
* Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests across diverse platforms.
Candidate Requirements:
* Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an MSP environment.
* Hands-on experience with ticketing platforms or similar software.
* Superior problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
