Job DescriptionThe HR Project Specialist – Talent and Learning will play an integral role in ensuring the effective delivery and embedding of global Talent and Learning Programmes during their early stages. Programmes such as the development of our career framework, the ongoing evolution of our Career Hub and the development of world‑class Leadership Development offerings form a critical piece of our global HR strategy. You will manage the development and implementation of new talent and learning products, applying change‑management strategies and communication plans to maximize leader and employee adoption and usage. You may work on a single major product or several smaller products from initial value canvas development through project initiation, release testing and activation, ensuring smooth transition to the Shared Service Centre. Your responsibilities include effective project planning, impact measurement, release and communication planning, and tracking of key milestones. You will collaborate closely with global talent and learning members, regional talent teams, HRBPs, leaders, and other stakeholders, blending change‑management knowledge with HR process best practice and agile project management approaches.
Skills
Driving and enabling change‑management plans and practices to support core projects and programmes, ensuring alignment, traction and engagement across stakeholders.
Managing, analysing and communicating key people data to provide insight and make viable recommendations during product development.
Interface closely with the HRBP team, broader HR Community and a range of key business stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective delivery of key projects and processes.
Qualifications
Well-developed agile project management skills with a structured approach.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing a variety of stakeholders across the organisation.
Capability to plan and engage others in supporting and equipping people and leaders to adopt and use new resources.
Expertise in planning, developing and delivering compelling communications for a product.
Data‑savvy with ability to analyse, interpret and report key themes, making recommendations.
Understanding of talent, learning and general HR processes in complex and challenging organisations.
Ready and able to take initiative, originate action and be responsible for the consequences of decisions made.
