Agile Delivery Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Agile delivery specialist to lead Scrum teams on Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects. This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality, predictable delivery.
This position requires strong eCommerce domain expertise, the ability to coach cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with organizational governance, security, and compliance standards.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 8+ years in Agile delivery with 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or comparable enterprise eCommerce platforms
* Proven ability to improve velocity predictability, reduce defect leakage, and manage dependencies
* Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives
* Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and define sprint goals
* Track sprint health (capacity, velocity, burndown/burnup) and manage scope
* Identify and remove impediments (dependencies, environments, test data, approvals)
* Promote flow efficiency by limiting WIP and reducing blockers
