What We're Looking For
We are looking for a Video Editor Team Lead who can not only deliver high-quality video content but also lead, mentor, and elevate a team of video editors. This role requires a balance of creative excellence, operational discipline, and leadership.
You will be responsible for ensuring the team meets creative standards, delivers on time, and continuously improves. If you are a natural leader who takes ownership and knows how to get the best out of people, this role is for you.
Essential Technical Requirements
* Video Editing Expertise: Proven experience in video editing for social media, e-commerce, or marketing content (portfolio required).
* Team Leadership: Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating a team of editors.
* Quality Control: Ability to review deliverables, provide clear and constructive feedback, and maintain creative consistency.
* Process Orientation: Experience managing workflows, deadlines, and delivery schedules.
* Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing tools.
* English Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English for team coordination and reporting.
Bonus (Not mandatory but valued)
* Experience with UGC (User-Generated Content) style video production.
* Basic knowledge of motion graphics or sound design.
* Familiarity with AI tools for creative optimization.
* Experience working with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
