Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Software Project Leadership Professional to lead our software development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Definition and Management: Define, implement, and control processes related to task management, ensuring they align with industry best practices.
2. Coaching and Development: Coach managers on effective task planning and employee management techniques, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
3. Agile Support: Collaborate as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, driving process improvements across the organization.
4. Process Analysis and Enhancement: Proactively analyze and propose enhancements to tasks management processes and practices, ensuring they remain aligned with industry standards.
5. Tasks Management Tool Oversight: Audit the proper usage of Jira, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to maintain adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of work experience in software project leadership roles.
* Formal certification/proof of knowledge in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
* In-depth understanding of Jira configuration and use (Jira Certification is a plus).
* Previous experience working in the IT market.
* Advanced English language proficiency.
