DEXIAN Brazil strongly encourages diversity, and all opportunities are open to people with disabilities and rehabilitated professionals.About the Client This position will support one of our clients, a global company focused in retail.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborates and pairs with other product team members (UX, engineering, and product management) to create secure, reliable, scalable software solutions Writes custom code or scripts to automate infrastructure, monitoring services, and test cases Writes custom code or scripts to do \"destructive testing\" to ensure adequate resiliency in production Creates meaningful dashboards, logging, alerting, and responses to ensure that issues are captured and addressed proactively Contributes to enterprise-wide tools to drive destructive testing, automation, or engineering empowerment Identifies product enhancements (client-facing or technical) to create a better experience for the end users Identifies unsecured code areas and implements fixes as they are discovered with or without tooling Contributes to foundational code elements that can be reused many times by a product Contributes to meaningful architecture diagrams and other documentation needed for security reviews or other interested parties Defines Service Level Objectives for product(s) to constantly measure their reliability in production and help prioritize backlog workRequired Qualifications 5+ years experience with Java 11 or above Experience and understanding of what Lambda Expressions and Streams are in Java 8 SQL experience (BigQuery) Understanding of ML concepts Experience using Spring Boot Must have experience developing microservices with Spring Boot Experience developing applications that are hosted in the cloud – Home Depot uses GPC, but open to AWS or Azure experience Experience with Kubernetes Experience writing Junit test cases 2+ years' experience working in an Agile environment in 2 week sprints Advanced English requiredAdditional Information • 100% Remote position - Brazil • Long-term / indefinite project • CLT hiring model + benefits • International team environment
