IT Infrastructure Specialist
We are seeking a skilled IT infrastructure specialist to design, implement, and support complex systems for enterprise clients. As part of our team, you will play a key role in optimizing the technical capabilities of organizations.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing, installing, configuring, and supporting systems technologies, such as servers, storage, and Active Directory. You will work closely with clients to integrate new technologies into their existing infrastructures and collaborate with internal engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will manage and resolve client support tickets, maintain clear communication and documentation, and track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability. You will also report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.
This position requires 3-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise or managed service environments. You should have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, a strong background in Intune and mobile device management, and proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions. A solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems is essential, along with proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation. Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices is also required.
