About this role
We're seeking an operations specialist to monitor ongoing deliveries and assist delivery drivers and shippers over the phone and live chat.
Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate records of delivery status and communicate with team members as needed
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone and live chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to optimize delivery routes and ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements
* Fluency in English is a must
* Ability to work based on the Eastern US time zone (EDT)
* Previous experience in logistics, courier operations, call center, or customer support is highly valued
Bonus Points
* Familiarity with Metrobi's software and systems
* Experience with data analysis and problem-solving skills
