Position reports to:Talent Acquisition & Attraction Manager (Europe, Africa & Hubs), with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Head of People Function, Poti. Key Responsibilities - Act as a trusted sparring partner to People Partners/HR stakeholders on talent attraction and acquisition strategy, including proactive hiring forecasts. - Build and maintain relevant talent pools and pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs. - Monitor external talent market trends and share insights to strengthen role positioning, sourcing strategy, and hiring decisions. - Identify and support employer branding initiatives (e.g., site presence, local outreach, messaging improvements) to increase talent attraction. - Spot process improvement opportunities in recruitment and help implement changes that remove waste and improve quality, speed, and stakeholder experience. - Participate in career fairs and relevant talent events to represent APM Terminals and expand talent networks. - Drive local rollout and follow-up of corporate and COE initiatives (e.g., Diversity & Inclusion). - Own and lead all local internship programmes. What We Are Looking For - Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a strong mindset of continuous improvement - someone who is naturally curious, committed to solving problems at the root, and driven to make things better every day - Solid hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a complex, international organisation, with confidence operating across multiple stakeholder groups.- Experience hiring across both office-based and frontline/operational populations—ideally within transport & logistics, engineering, supply chain, or related environments.- A structured, delivery-focused working style—able to prioritise, manage multiple requisitions, and deliver against agreed timelines and scope. - Collaborative, pragmatic approach with the flexibility to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Fluency in both English and Georgian is a must.
