The Governance & New Demands Lead will be responsible for ensuring structured prioritization, alignment with stakeholders, and seamless integration into the existing landscape. This position requires a strategic mindset to balance operational governance with business agility.

About the Role
* Lead the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new demands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
* Drive enhancements in CFIN and PaPM processes and tools, working with business and IT teams to increase efficiency and value delivery.
* Ensure smooth transitions from projects to operations, coordinating with functional and technical teams to establish proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
* A strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, DevOps).
* Familiarity with processes such as Lean 6 sigma, Green Belt, Scrum.
* Experience with SAP landscapes, especially SAP Central Finance and SAP PaPM.
* Knowledge of project management and change management methodologies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
