**Key Responsibilities**:
- Track and monitor shipments from origin to destination to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to provide real-time updates on shipment status.
- Identify and resolve transportation delays or issues by coordinating with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment statuses, delays, and resolutions in the system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Proactively address potential disruptions in the supply chain and escalate concerns as needed.
- Generate and analyze reports related to shipment performance and key logistics metrics.
- Assist in optimizing routing and delivery efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding shipment inquiries.

**Monday - Friday**00:00 - 08:00 CST (7 am - 3 pm Belgrade time) - 2 agents**
