Job Summary
This role involves serving as a technical expert in infrastructure related to manufacturing information systems. The engineer will identify and architect solutions to provide high-level service to end-users of applications.
The engineer will help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot rapidly expanding application systems and their infrastructure. This requires close collaboration with other engineers, analysts, and leadership for regular feedback on design and execution.
Essential Duties:
* Maintain, optimize, troubleshoot upgrades installation documentation of PLM-related infrastructure which includes PLM database management project management CAD PDM
* Leads vendors engineers analysts leadership ensure integrity databases software data
* Perform system monitoring verifying integrity health availability all systems key processes reviewing logs ensuring completion scheduled jobs
* Resolves issues problems questions assigned from ticketing system
