We are currently seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Technology Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for technology positions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying and sourcing top talent using various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
* Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to ensure the best fit for our organization's needs.
* Coordinating interviews with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.
* Managing candidate communication and follow-up activities to maintain a positive experience.
* Maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports to inform future hiring strategies.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of technology roles and technologies, with at least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment within the Brazilian market. They should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving.
