Growing your career with Optimove is basically guaranteed.We are looking for a talented and data-driven ProdOps and Support Engineer – an energetic self-starter and problem-solver with outstanding technical skills, and interested in growing and learning from the best.Responsibilities:Monitor, maintain and support Optimove's production environmentA key person for integration projects and requests from customers (data and application-oriented)Investigate and debug ETL processesConduct data QA and analysis (Snowflake, MsSQL, BigQuery)Perform configuration managementCreate robust and scalable processesCommunicate directly with customers to solve technical issuesRequirements:1+ years of experienceProficient in written and spoken EnglishOutstanding technical skillsExperience with SQLFast learner looking to be exposed to, and to work with, new technologiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsTeam player with self-learning and problem-solving abilitiesAgile, highly motivated, exceptional work ethics, ambitious, a super-multitasker and with a sense of responsibility to follow through on tasksYou should be able to talk about technology, even with non-technical people in a clear and coherent wayAbility to learn quickly in a fast-pasted environment, and come up with creative ideas for improvementsTechnologies fascinate you – you must be familiar with software technologies (such as web and mobile SDK, APIs, SQL, JSON, HTML, JavaScript)Strong attention to details and ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutionsDesired:Experience working with enterprise-grade customersExperience debugging issues in web applications – logs, networking, etcExperience with monitoring tools (DataDog, Kibana, Elastic)Understanding of networking terminologies and functionality such as DNS, http, ports etc...Experience in SaaS B2bSeniority levelSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesSoftware DevelopmentReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Optimove by 2xSign in to set job alerts for “Support Engineer” roles.We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
