About The Role
The Fleet Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for managing PM services with drivers and trucks, providing support and assistance related to maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
Manage workshops, preventive and corrective maintenance of trucks, and recordkeeping.
Ensure the health of each truck in the fleet related to mandatory maintenance.
Report KPIs on coverage and response over drivers and assets.
Update the management platform in real time, providing guidance to related teams.
Monitor SLA and performance of individual trucks, generating reports.
Requisitos
Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is an advantage.
Studying or degree in mechanical, production, automotive engineering, or similar.
Knowledge of maintenance and trucks is an advantage.
Availability and willingness to learn.
Sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
Organized and focused.
