Audit Analyst Freight Audit page is loaded## Audit Analyst Freight Auditlocations: Brazil - Remotetime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R51403**Position: AUDIT ANALYST****Location: Remote / Brazil**Department: Operations Position**Audit Analyst** ensures continuous and uninterrupted invoice/shipment data audit process via the following means – constant support of other roles within Operation department (DES, IA, RMS, CST, DE), pro-active preventive approach in issues handling, analysis of trends and deviations within Client environment.**Responsibilities:**- Constant support of other roles within Operation department (DES, IA, RMS, CST, DE) in resolution of issues that they have during final product delivery- Analyze data available in FRED/BI systems to identify problematic areas in both directions – preventive & corrective.- Analyze and update functional specifications, if needed. - Collaborate with IT specialists to setup effective business rules.- Work in cooperation with Shippers and Carriers to properly apply processing changes and proactively solve issues;- Proactively escalate problematic cases to Team Lead/Delivery Expert based on issue nature - Initiate changes to external and internal documentation. Effective communication organization: - Communicate with other teams via JIRA platform in terms of job requirements;- Communicate with external parties (Clients, Carriers) via Transporeon Freight Audit web-platform (Issue Resolution) and JIRA Service Desk platform Expected Delivery Results to the Company: - Invoice audit process is finalized (invoice is approved) by Operations department within invoice payment term via constant support of processes and preventive analytical work.- Actions required from Audit Analyst are finalized within internal KPIs stated in below section KPIs:1. Internal KPIsa. 2 working days is common KPI for finalization of steps on TP side related to data processing (detailed description is available in OD SOP for each role/step)b. SLA (Service Level Agreement) in JIRA Service desk platformc. Due date in JIRA internal tasks2.
