Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Google Search, Display & YouTube campaigns for multiple SaaS accounts.
Your primary goal will be to drive sales pipeline creation and revenue growth through optimized Google Ads strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Google Search, Display & YouTube campaigns for 8-12 SaaS accounts
* Optimize Google Ads based on HubSpot data
* Launch and iterate experiments weekly - ad copy, offers, LPs
Lead-Quality Analytics:
* Map lead → SQL → Revenue; surface relevant keywords & winning campaigns
* Presentation of insights that kill waste and scale winners
Client Strategy & Comms:
* Run monthly reviews, set client expectations, and pitch growth plays
Requirements:
* 5 years hands-on experience with Google Ads for B2B SaaS (SQL generation track record)
* Fluent in HubSpot (or similar) + Google Tag Manager
* Able to juggle 5+ accounts solo; proactive, zero hand-holding
* Copy chops that turn complex SaaS value props into irresistible search ads
* Independent thinker
