SAP Technical Support Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
* Create operational frameworks and processes for SAP Application Development in ECC and S/4 (ABAP, BTP, Fiori).
* Provide support for in-house developed applications or integrations when needed.
* Support automation initiatives aiming at reducing incidents and promoting self-service.
* Foster collaboration with the AMS partner to implement new ways of working like Devops or Scrum.
The role ensures operational continuity of our Global Business Applications, including SAP ECC, S/4, CFIN, SuccessFactors, and others. We oversee a Managed Service partner, ensuring this service is delivered according to our quality standards and procedures.
