Job Opportunity:
As a key member of our team, the Lease Analyst will report directly to the Manager of Lease Administration and work remotely.
* Responsibilities include reviewing, abstracting and processing commercial leases and related documents
* Entering, validating and managing lease documents, as well as processing change requests
* Tracking and resolving low-mid-level issues and escalating high-level concerns
* Monitoring landlord communications and invoicing
* Ensuring lease compliance, mathematical accuracy and industry alignment of expenses
* Identifying potential compliance issues for presentation to the client or supervisor
* Reconciling and addressing outstanding financial balances
* CALCULATING, BILLING AND TRACKING THIRD-PARTY TENANT PASS-THROUGHS AND YEAR-END RECONCILIATIONS
* Managing accounts receivable collections
* Participating in special projects as needed
Key Responsibilities involve serving as a liaison to improve and maintain the value provided on behalf of the organization for the client's real estate needs, suggesting systems, procedures and/or processes that would enhance productivity and quality of the department, and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to review and process large volumes of data. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
