**Job Title:** Business Data Analyst
Business Data Analysts play a pivotal role in leveraging data insights to drive business growth and strategic decision-making.
* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Data Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Work directly with product managers and owners to gather business requirements and document analysis results.
* Be part of agile product delivery, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Leverage reporting tools for analysis, such as Office and Power BI, to develop actionable insights.
* Develop roadmaps to drive business forward, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
* Serve as a liaison across various areas, including business units, information technology, and external customers, investigating relevant information and creating recommendations.
* Refine product backlog items together with the scrum team and subject matter experts to ensure accurate estimation and planning during sprint planning.
* Drive end-to-end delivery of innovative products, including digital core, dashboards, APIs, cloud, e-commerce, real-time alerts, and artificial intelligence.
* Possess outstanding organizational, communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills at all levels.
* Demonstrate sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, prioritization, and time management skills.
* Understand cloud data lakes and data warehouse systems, including systems and data.
* Familiarity with MS Power BI for business reporting and self-service is essential.
* Prior experience working for a global, highly matrixed Consumer Packaged Goods company, preferably in the Supply Chain domain, is highly valued.
* Knowledge of the CPG market, industry trends, and customer needs is crucial for informing the product vision and roadmap.
