SAP P2D – Quality Assurance (QA / QM) Consultant | SAP QM | São Paulo, Brazil
At Stefanini Latam Digital, we are looking for a highly experienced SAP P2D – Quality Assurance (QA / QM) Consultant to join a strategic SAP S/4HANA transformation program within the manufacturing industry.
Location & Work Model
* Full On-site position in São Paulo
* Independent Contractor model via Deel
* Monthly payments in USD
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) solutions
* Define and optimize:
* Quality Planning
* Inspection Processes
* Defect & Notification Management
* Configure SAP QM modules in ECC and S/4HANA environments
* Set up inspection plans, inspection lots, and quality notifications
* Ensure seamless integration between SAP QM and:
* PP
* MM
* Warehouse systems
* Supply Chain processes
* Lead workshops with Quality and Operations stakeholders
* Translate business requirements into scalable SAP QM solutions
* Improve inspection efficiency, defect tracking, and quality KPIs through analytics and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience as SAP QM Consultant / Lead
* Strong expertise in SAP QM across ECC and SAP S/4HANA
* Deep knowledge of:
* Quality Planning
* Inspection Management
* Defect & Notification Management
* Proven experience within Manufacturing environments (MANDATORY)
* Automotive industry experience is a strong plus
* Participation in at least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations
* Advanced / Fluent English communication skills (MANDATORY)
* Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management capabilities
* Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams
