As a Regional Global Market Access Manager for the Americas, you will shape and lead the development of innovative Market Access services and Certification Office solutions that help manufacturers navigate complex regulatory, technical, and certification pathways worldwide. You will work closely with senior leadership, regional teams, and business partners to design strategies that expand global market access capabilities, strengthen customer value, and drive business growth. In this high-visibility role, you will lead and empower certification office teams across the region to deliver operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and new service expansion. Lead Regional GMA Service Strategy & Delivery Drive the development, enhancement, and implementation of Global Market Access (GMA) services delivered through regional certification office teams. Partner with GMA leadership and business leads to understand evolving market needs and translate them into strong, customer‑valued service path strategies. Enable Successful Go-to-Market Execution Lead go‑to‑market planning and launch readiness activities, ensuring alignment with global business development, marketing, and sales teams. Act as a strategic connector between global teams and the Americas region to guarantee consistent communication and launch success. Strengthen Operational Excellence Lead process implementation and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure certification offices and GMA project handlers operate with world‑class quality and efficiency. Ensure operational readiness for new services and drive adoption of best practices throughout the region. Build & Elevate GMA Expertise Lead regional GMA knowledge management, strengthening technical expertise and supporting the creation and maintenance of high‑quality knowledge content. Develop strategic relationships with authorities, partners, and stakeholders to enhance regional credibility and influence. Champion Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Respond effectively and proactively to urgent, sensitive customer and business challenges involving GMA services or credentials within the region. Partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to anticipate needs, remove barriers, and support business success. Contribute to Global Strategy Support senior leadership in shaping regional contributions to global strategies, goals, and long‑term business plans. Represent the Americas region in global forums, sharing insight, challenges, and opportunities. Lead & Develop High‑Performing Teams Manage direct and indirect reports by defining clear accountabilities, setting performance expectations, and providing coaching and career development. Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes high performance, continuous improvement, and cross‑functional alignment. Work Arrangement Hybrid work model: presence in the office at least three days per week is required. Compliance & Ethics: Strictly adhere to the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and all physical and digital security. Education & Experience University Degree (Bachelor's equivalent) or equivalent professional experience. 10 years of experience in the TIC industry (Testing, Inspection, Certification). Strong working knowledge of LATAM certification schemes, country‑specific regulatory requirements, and accreditation management. Skills, Knowledge & Capabilities Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams across multiple geographies. Demonstrated success in designing and growing customer‑centric GMA service path solutions. Solid track record in managing complex global projects involving cross‑functional teams in multiple regions. Strong capability to work directly with customers to create effective, innovative solutions. Robust project management skills with the ability to drive strategic and tactical execution from concept to completion. Native/fluent Spanish and fluent English are a must.
