About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, particularly within the Brazilian market. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships, and ultimately driving revenue growth through outbound efforts
What will you do
-Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities within the Brazil market
- Discover new accounts not created in the CRM and ensure their accurate documentation within the syste
- Attend events and industry conferences to network and generate leads
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies-
Leverage your expertise in SaaS solutions to articulate the value proposition of CleverTap's platform to potential clients-
Utilize a variety of tools, including Salesforce.Com, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Outreach, and Apollo, to streamline sales processes and maximize efficiency
- Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to establish rapport and understand their business needs
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts and industries to tailor outreach efforts effectively- Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in our CRM system
What are we looking for?
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in outbound sales as a BDR- Minimum of 12 months of experience in the SaaS indus try
- Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Salesforce.Com, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Outreach, and Apollo
- Native Portuguese speaker with fluency in Engl
ish
- Strong understanding of BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) qualification methodology
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferr
